Our innovative laundry feeding belt boasts a multi-position design, allowing it to seamlessly integrate with virtually any ironer on the market, regardless of manufacturer or roller diameter. Its exceptionally compact footprint means it can be installed with ease, fitting comfortably with 3m (118in) and 3.3m (130in) flatwork ironers.
Intelligent & Precise Folding
This folder isn’t just automatic; it’s intelligent. Its control system is fully programmable, allowing you to define precise folding series for every type of flatwork. Using advanced sensors, the computer accurately measures each item’s size, then precisely orchestrates the folds and cross-folds. Each classification is handled at its optimum speed, maintaining perfect tension from ironer to folder, resulting in a crisp, taut leading edge every time.
How It Works
Material exiting the ironer is smoothly and directly fed via a synchronized roller conveyor. This machine’s precision is maintained through a combination of photocell holders and a measuring wheel, ensuring proper feeding and speed. Once inside, the machine executes folds based on your selected program. The initial two folds are achieved with an air knife, followed by three precise folds performed by a mechanical knife, ensuring consistent results.

Easily select and save folding programs for different linen types, with the ability to perform between 2 and 5 folds.
Each piece is measured both before the primary fold and again before cross-folding, allowing the microprocessor to select and apply the exact settings for a perfect finish. Once folded, items are neatly discharged to the stacker station.
A photoelectric detection and speed testing system accurately controls cloth transmission speed and ensures precise folds based on real-time size measurements.
Features a self-diagnostic and safety protection system, designed for easy operation and hassle-free daily maintenance.
The transmission system with fabric speed control and precise positioning accurately determines fabric length and calculates optimal fold lengths.
Two independent drive motors, controlled by VFD, allow for stepless folding speed adjustment up to 4Sm/min, ensuring perfect synchronization with any ironing machine. It can even communicate directly with your ironer to automatically match its speed.
