Our Barrier Washer Extractor provides the ideal solution for processing laundry in retirement and care homes, hospitals, and commercial laundries. These machines are specifically designed to reduce the risk of Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAI) in hospital theatre linen laundries.

Equipped with liquid detergent signals as standard, the inner and outer drums, along with the partition, are fabricated from SS304 stainless steel and robot-welded for unparalleled precision and balance. For enhanced operator safety, automatic drum positioning aligns the inner drum door with the outer door, eliminating the need for manual positioning. It also features automatic outer door locking and unlocking via a pneumatic system and the largest inner drum door, making loading and unloading operations fast and easy.

Laundry can be loaded through the inlet in the unclean area and, once washed, removed from the outlet in the clean area. This design is crucial for sanitary washing in hospitals, as it prevents contamination by germs during the loading and unloading process in the unclean area. Our Barrier Washers can also be used for dustless washing, meeting the stringent requirements of pharmaceutical factories, high-tech manufacturing plants, and certain food processing facilities.
