CHEST IRONER

Our Chest Ironers are designed for high productivity in industrial settings. These multi-roll flatwork ironers deliver an excellent combination of efficiency, quality, and convenience, making them among the finest in the industry. They are available with 2 rollers of either 800 mm or 1200 mm, both featuring a 3300 mm working width.

Precision Ironing for Superior Quality

The precise structure, featuring double chests, springs, and heat-proof felt, ensures the rolls maintain sufficient elasticity and spring cushion. This guarantees optimal contact between the linen and the chest surface. A unique lever device on the cylinder creates precise pressure, ensuring the working rolls and chests maintain balanced pressure for high-quality ironing. This lever device also includes convenient positions for pause, repair, and inspection.

Intelligent Speed Control and Energy Efficiency

A single motor drive and inverter precisely adjust the ironing speed to account for factors like steam pressure, fabric type, and moisture content. The unique multi-sided heating chamber design with thermal cycles ensures optimal heat distribution. Additionally, the external chest's insulated layer significantly reduces heat loss, preventing unnecessary warmth from escaping into the laundry room.

The high-efficiency inverter continuously controls the speed, accommodating a wide variety of fabrics and their moisture retention. This variable frequency drive allows for on-the-fly speed adjustments during operation, reducing stress on drive components, sprockets, bearings, shafts, and chains. The intuitive control panel provides easy access to an air pressure gauge, steam pressure gauge, roll up/down controls, exhaust system control, and main roller drive control.

Maximized Heat Utilization and Moisture Removal

The large arc surface of the chests maximizes the heating area, allowing for full utilization of heat. By using only one motor, energy consumption is significantly reduced. Thanks to the inverter, the ironing speed can be adjusted from 8-40 meters per minute, adapting to different temperatures, linen types, and relative humidity.

Our unique heat recycling system ensures smooth and sufficient steam circulation within the chest, maximizing heat utilization and preventing waste. An insulation layer on the outside of the chest further minimizes heat loss. Furthermore, a dedicated fan installed on each roll completely exhausts moisture, keeping the chests dry and preventing rust.
