Minimal Linen Breakage and Low Moisture Level
The TRANSFERON heavy-duty press is engineered to minimize linen damage and reduce moisture. For towels, the pressure is set at maximum pressure, which results in at least lower moisture content compared to light-duty presses. The system allows you to set different press programs for various linen materials and apply different pressing processes based on weight. This effectively controls linen breakage, keeping the breakage rate below 0.03%.

The electro-hydraulic proportional pump is sourced from USA Parker / German Rexroth, known for their low noise, reduced heat generation, and improved energy consumption. All valves, pumps, and pipelines are imported brands with a high-pressure design. The system can achieve a maximum working pressure, ensuring long-term, trouble-free operation and consistent pressing effectiveness.
