The ironer’s control panel features a converter control panel, two pilot lights, two buttons, and a speed adjusting knob. The converter control panel allows for easy adjustment and setting of running parameters. Pilot lights indicate power and overload status, while the LCD on the converter control panel displays the current frequency, enabling users to adjust running speed by changing the frequency. The machine utilizes a chain driving system and a frequency conversion speed adjustment system, significantly contributing to energy savings.

Constructed with a durable carbon steel frame for extended life and utilizing environmentally safe, temperature-resistant textile belts, Transferon ironers efficiently dry and iron flatwork. This includes a wide range of items such as sheets, pillowcases, table linen, and other flat goods made from polyester/cotton blends and 100% cotton. They effectively remove moisture and wrinkles from washed and extracted linen, consistently delivering a high-quality finish.

The core of their performance lies in the mirror-finish polished stainless steel heated cylinder, ensuring efficient heat transfer and a pristine finish. High-quality ironing straps prevent moisture absorption, prolonging the life of all feed compartments. For operator safety, a highly sensitive hand protection board is integrated into every phase of the ironing process.
