- Our Intelligent Computer Controller provides complete command over every aspect of the wash process. The interactive display boasts a user-friendly interface with easy-to-understand operational icons that indicate cycle and programming status. You can program the control manually or automatically. With automatic programs, you can control water temperature, wash rotation speed and duration, multiple water levels, bath cool-down, and extract speeds.

All our Heavy Duty Washer Extractors feature a stainless steel body and inner drum. This not only provides an elegant look but also offers superior quality and increased resistance to external agents, extending machine life and preventing corrosion.
Our Variable Frequency Drive (Inverter) constantly monitering the current required for varying loads and automatically reduces voltage for significant energy savings when the equipment is less than fully loaded. This allows for four distinct speeds during washing: washing, distributing, middle-speed, and high-speed extraction. A simple single motor inverter drive achieves maximum extraction speed more gradually and efficiently, reducing peak electricity consumption.

The detergent dosing box features 4 removable cups for different detergents and five groups of auto-controlled water spraying magnetic valves. Operators can pre-fill various washing agents before starting a cycle, and the agents will be dispensed according to the preset program. Detergents are always diluted in a collector before entering the washer drum, preventing direct contact with laundry. An external automatic dosing system can also be added for even greater efficiency.

The drum is meticulously designed to maximize washing quality in the shortest possible cycle time. Small perforations in the drum's ribs create a cascade effect on the load, increasing mechanical action during the wash cycle and reducing water usage. The efficient design of the drum and tub also cuts down on energy consumption for water heating, as well as the overuse of chemicals and water.

Safety & Easy Maintenance
Our Heavy Duty Washer Extractor is equipped with a safe and reliable locking system. The door opening lever is secured by a pneumatic device, and an online over-travel limit switch ensures the machine won't run if the loading door isn't completely closed. The washer extractor is only active when a closed and locked door signal has been validated, ensuring operator safety.
