Key Components & Technologies

Our dry cleaning machines incorporate several innovative components and systems:

Computer Controller: Our 6th-generation computer controller is specifically designed for automatic dry-cleaning machines, ensuring stability and reliability. It features factory-set parameters and a large dot-matrix LCD with an English interface, providing immediate messages about the machine's status. LED indicators for all buttons help monitor and control optimal operation.

Drum Design: The central part of the machine, the basket, holds garments and rotates on ball bearings. It's driven by a multi-pole motor and belt transmission system, protected by a cover.

Base Tank: The base tank is divided into three sections: two working tanks and a reserve/rinsing tank. All tanks are fully automatic and self-cleaning, equipped with large sight glasses. The first two connect to the filter for cleaning, while the reserve tank holds recovered solvent for rinsing.

Stainless Steel Construction: All solvent-contacting components, including the basket, basket housing, air channel, filter, button trap, water separators, still, and solvent tanks, are made of SS304 stainless steel. Solvent pipelines can also be optionally made of stainless steel.

Loading Door: The large loading door features a pneumatically controlled safety lock system. A pneumatic device and micro switch prevent the machine from running if the door isn't properly closed, ensuring no opening before residual solvent vapor is completely removed. The wide opening eases loading and unloading.

Double Filtration System: This system comprises an ecological filter and a newly designed, patented active carbon filter that doesn't require cleaning with dry-cleaning filtration or carbon powder. This means maintenance-free filtering, high cleanliness, and lower running costs. It's particularly effective for cleaning light-colored garments.

Carbon Absorber: An active carbon absorber reduces perc residues inside the drum at the end of the drying cycle, ensuring solvent gas concentration is under 300 PPM when the door opens.

Drying Tunnel: A highly effective drying tunnel, composed of various components, efficiently dries garments in the basket.

Air Filter: This filter effectively retains fluff removed from garments during the process.

Ventilator: Controls the air movement within the machine.

Refrigeration System: Equipped with an advanced dual refrigeration system using Freon gas, it allows for adjustable solvent temperature to meet the specific dry-cleaning requirements of leather and other delicate fabrics.

Still: The still regenerates solvent by removing impurities from cleaning cycles. It's a double-layered container with a sloping base, forming a heating surface that boils the solvent. The still can be heated by external steam or an integrated electric mini-boiler.
