Features
Easy and intuitive to use, the electronic control offers a complete control of the process. The user-friendly micro processor controls with onscreen display has automatic and manual programs to choose. Temperature, time, programme, reverse drum action on/off and adjustment of cool down for trouble-free operation can be Individually selected.
The large diameter of the door opening on our tumble dryers ensures easy loading and unloading. For maximum accessibility, the door opens to nearly 180°. The door is provided with a safety switch that stops the machine when the door is open. The door can be opened any time during operation for safety. While the door gap excesses 50 mm, the machine will stop to ensure the energy is not wasted through the gap.
The drum is made of stainless steel including basket with main shaft. It is a suspension beam type structure between drum and main shaft and supported by two rolling bearings. The drum perforations make sure the fabric is gently handled, lengthening the garments lifetime.
Due to robust mechanical construction, our machines require less maintenance and are optimised for all kinds of operations and environments.
Our Dryers designed to reverse drum action for better results. The drying process is more efficient and offers better uniformity on the garments drying process and avoiding the tangling of the big pieces. The reverse drum action is done through an inverter. This process improving drying efficiency and making finishing easier.
A special & unique feature of our drier is a lint drawer located in front of the exhaust fan. This prevents lint from clogging the fan, With the perfect balance between drying temperature which causes damaging vibration. This also eliminates the need for costly external lint collectors and reduces lint fire concerns. The lint filter is efficient and provides a good airflow that reduces the energy consumption.
