It works continuously (or in batches) and is mostly used in places like textile factories, laundromats, and industrial laundry operations, where processing large quantities of fabric or clothing is essential.

Engineered for longevity and performance, the tunnel washer features a 4mm thick, 304 stainless steel inner drum, exceeding typical industry standards.

A 25mm+ thick SS304 sealing flange ensures structural integrity during high-frequency rotation. Handmade arc welding creates a smooth inner drum, protecting delicate linens.

Precision CNC machining maintains a drum line bounce within 30 dmm, and fine-ground sealing surfaces guarantee leak-free operation, extending seal life and minimizing noise.

The Transferon’s bottom transfer system further reduces blockage and linen damage.
